I do not know if it will ever happen, but there are many who deserve payback for what they have done to others at all levels of our society. From local to national and those who have not had justice prescribed to them for their aggressions in any way towards another over the years and still living is a wound that will not heal. Our nation has partial retribution paying off certain individuals of groups. That is just the start in this direction if it is to be continued without malice and resentment.
