All Republicans have is "fight". No plans, no agenda, no ideas, no programs on how to move the nation forward.

Trump is trying to turn back the clock to the 1950's when the white man ruled and minorities had no votes and knew "their place". That ain't gonna happen.

Instead of coming up with ideas and programs people will vote for, Republicans are trying to stop minorities and poor people from voting. They want to overturn the Constitution to maintain white minority rule. Hardly a winning strategy.

In my brief time here I have discerned something disturbing: Factual political discussions about allegations that make Democrats look bad are labelled as a "Conspiracy Theory" and moved out of the politics section.

On the other hand, Conspiracy Theories that make Republicans look bad remain here.

Threads about Trump promoting an insurrection, and about Russian Collusion, are two fine Conspiracy Theories, one of which has already been legally found false, that permeate the politics section as you look back through it.

Well, here is a theory just as valid about Jan 6:

I've often said that Bernie repeatedly called for a revolution and one of his followers went to DC with a gun to be an insurrectionist and attack our democracy by shooting up Republicans and yet no one investigated that as an insurrection. No one accused Bernie of fueling the fires of insurrection. That was far worse than what happened on Jan 6th but Trump isn't allowed to tell people to fight for their country and our democracy while Bernie and others can. It's blatant hypocrisy.

Democrats have no use for facts

Well, what the stumbling block is, courts need evidence. So Democrats and Republicans can claim X, y, or z, but if there's no evidence.....

Unfortunately, out of the two sides, it's the Left that run on less facts and more feelings. The need to impeach or prosecute doesn't over-ride facts. Hence why they create nothingburgers and baseless impeachments. I'm a Brit and witnessed the Democrats put the word "meaningless" Infront of impeachment. Well, let's be real. That doesn't really prove anything anymore than Trump telling a crowd to walk down to the Capitol to show support for Pence to stop the certification until more could be investigated! The argument CAN be made that Trump used poor judgement and played his people then sat back to see how it turned out, but then, your video also missed the many times that Maxine Waters stood before crowds yelling telling them to get in people's faces, chase them down, disrupt them on the street or in a restaurant and oppose them in every way possible, ending in Scalise getting shot.

The only difference is that the latter didn't involve disrupting a disputable election. But many pieces of evidence suggest that the actual incitement of the crowd and the actual breaking into the Capitol may have been engineered if not facilitated by outside forces.

When people silence or oppress the very asking of these questions much less their investigation, it lends a lot of credence to the theory that there really is something to it all trying to be protected.

And that is no conspiracy.
