I can agree with most of that. Any party that runs on an agenda, and wins elections should be able to implement their agenda, That is the only way voters can distinguish between two parties.
The filibuster is nothing but a roadblock to the majority's rule.

Biden's disastrous budgets need to be replaced, but with the filibuster, we'd just keep doing CRs until the dollar collapses.
