Those jobs aren't coming back. The reason they were shipped overseas in the 80s and 90s was that slave labor (or the equiv) was waiting to be utilized in China. A 60 dollar sneaker costs about 2 bucks and change to produce and ship to the US. If the companies return to the US, they are going to be primarily automated so the jobs are lost forever.
