The issue going forward though is that you cannot have federal police taking over every city. If this occurs, what is the need for a municipal police force? You might as well just have the military employed across America, which would in essence, make them an occupying force.

Have police unions accept 3x the number of police on foot in pairs. This will decrease crime.
