Democrat Rep. Ramirez says in Spanish: "I am a proud Guatemalan before I am American". Too many foreign born Democrats aren’t loyal Americans.

The Democratic Party is full of these types.

And we have seen it in foreign born judges appointed by Biden as well. All they are interested in is raw judicial power, and subverting our Republic.

She should have stayed in her country.

excalibur

The GOP flew the Israeli Flag at its convention. What sort of meaning does that have? What conclusions might be drawn now that Trumpanyahu & Co are busy sacrificing constitutional principles so that "anti-semitism" might be eliminated?

her bio says she was born in chicago....

Correct, and Ms. Ramirez has pledged her allegiance to Guatemala not the U.S.
As a Congressional Representative she took an oath. At this point she has showed she has no fealty to the U.S., or the constituents she supposedly represents.
She should be at the least removed from Congress and specifically questioned in regard to her announcement of allegiance to Guatemala and so called dual citizenship.

The Court didn’t rule on the constitutionality of birthright citizenship itself, so the ruling doesn’t end birthright citizenship—yet. But it certainly raises the stakes.
At the end of the day, constitutional protections like birthright citizenship shouldn’t depend on where you live or whether you can file a lawsuit in time. Unfortunately, this SCOTUS ruling has created a reality in which that could be the case.
