Democrat Rep. Ramirez says in Spanish: "I am a proud Guatemalan before I am American". Too many foreign born Democrats aren’t loyal Americans.

The Democratic Party is full of these types.

And we have seen it in foreign born judges appointed by Biden as well. All they are interested in is raw judicial power, and subverting our Republic.

She swore to just the opposite in the oath of citizenship. If she committed fraud just to get citizenship, it could be revoked and her commie ass can be deported.

The Oath of Allegiance for U.S. naturalization is as follows:
"I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.".

She's a child of illegal aliens, this is why we need to remove the crap of birthright citizenship for these people.

The daughter of undocumented immigrants from Guatemala ...

If she is a naturalized citizen she can have her citizenship revoked for violating the oath she took at the time she was naturalized and when she took her oath of office.

Unfortunately wiki says she was born in shitcago.

But her husband is a DACA, and we can get rid of him! That'll fix her wagon!
She expressed allegiance to a nation other than the one to which she was elected to represent, you ******* sub-imbecile.

The treason is under your nose.

Sounds like she got the fake citizenship some have allowed via a mis-interpretation of the 14th Amendment.
However, the oath of office for an elected official is very similar on renounce of foreign alligence, so she would be guilty of treason and deport-able (if not execution-able).

Senate and House of Representatives Oath of Office

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

There is plenty of opportunity to go be a Guatemalan first in Guatemala. “Ask not what you can do for this Country (USA), but what this Country can do for you.”

WH Fires Back After Claims Dem Rep Told Mexican Summit She’s ‘Proud Guatemalan Before I’m an American’

4 Aug 225 ~~ By Rusty Weiss

Democrat Rep. Delia Ramirez (IL) sparked controversy after reportedly declaring at the second annual Pan-American Congress held in Mexico that she is a proud Guatemalan before she is an American.
amirez, whose husband is a DACA recipient and defines her marriage as "mixed-status" on a campaign website, apparently made the controversial remarks this past weekend at what the Daily Caller has described as a "radical" summit organized by the director of an "anti-American organization."
“I’m a proud Guatemalan before I’m an American,” she told the group while speaking in Spanish, according to the outlet's translation.

The White House fired back in response to the Democrat congresswoman's alleged comments, as well as the appearance of other high-profile Squad members, Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), calling them "despicable."
“These Democrats’ comments are despicable and underscore their commitment to putting Americans last,” White House spokesperson Liz Huston said, according to the Daily Caller News Foundation. “In stark contrast, President Trump is working tirelessly to secure peace deals, deport illegal alien criminals, and advance America’s interests at home and abroad.”
In addition to that statement, the Department of Homeland Security issued a response of sorts, quoting Teddy Roosevelt.
“There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism," the quote reads. "Americanism is a matter of the spirit and of the soul. Our allegiance must be purely to the United States. We must unsparingly condemn any man who holds any other allegiance.”

Commentary:
They are not American, but in our ignorance and political correctness place them before our own.
They are not appreciative, but we give them more precedence than our own children. They intend to change us and replace us and we say yes! We are awful.
I wonder if she could even spell the name of the country that conquested Guatemala along with S. America? That's right, those imperialists called S-P-A-I-N.
What an ignorant fool and an outright bigot.
This will not end well.

“No person shall hold elected office in the federal government having been found as having preferential allegiance or dual citizenship to a foreign power.”

U.S. Constitution:
Article I, Section 3,
  • Clause 3 of the Constitution states that no person shall be a Senator who has not been nine years a citizen of the United States. Similarly, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 outlines the requirements for the presidency, including being a natural-born citizen.
  • Allegiance: The concept of allegiance is crucial in U.S. law. Individuals holding dual citizenship may face scrutiny regarding their loyalty to the United States, especially in positions of power.
  • Legal Precedents: Various legal cases and interpretations have addressed the implications of dual citizenship and allegiance, particularly in relation to national security and public trust.

Implications

  • Elected Officials: The principle suggests that elected officials should prioritize their allegiance to the U.S. over any foreign interests. This is particularly relevant in discussions about national security and foreign influence in politics.
  • Public Perception: There is often public concern regarding officials with dual citizenship, as it may raise questions about their loyalty and decision-making.
