Surprised they actually arrested him.

I'm sure he will plea out for a slap on the wrist and some community service he will just pay off but still surprised.

Btw, if we’re applying same rules, it doesn’t matter if he meant to disrupt Congress or not. J6ers aren’t given the opportunity to defend themselves in the same way. “You should have known,” is common refrain from prosecutors and judges.
