Secret Service kept the Chain of Custody and Visitor logs, whereas Biden has neither.

nor was there a SCIF after he left office.

It was reported the FBI approved the location where his documents were kept, whereas no one approved the illegal, unsecure locations Biden stored his stolen TS/SCI documents.

In addition, classified documents were casually strewn around his office. Unguarded.

You are basing this off of the FAKE photos the FBI released.
1. What you saw were classified COVER SHEETS placed / staged for the photo.
2. It would be / is illegal to take actual photos of classified and release them - again, you did not see any.
3. LEGAL PROCEDURE / SOP: Evidence is photographed 'as-is', where it sits, not staged for a photo op as those photos obviously were.

Schoff may be partisan and reasonous as hell, but he is also smart and savy to the laws, rules, and regs governing clasdified documents (or has intelligrnt people yo advise him), being the FORMER House Intel Committee Chairman.

He knows Biden shpuld NEVER have taken those documents, knows Biden was cri.imal in his handling of them, and knows they were 'out in the open', unsecured, with no record of who had access. He knows with his son's past working wirh / for enemies and speculation regarding Joe's involvement 'Espionage' is a factor (... which is why Garland so narrowed the scope of Hur's investigation).

These are why he said what he did, where normally Democrats would 'circle the wagons' and say nothing close to this.
