Make him an extreme example. Attempted murder by inciting confrontations. Lock him up!

Doxxing should be an automatic felony with an automatic handful of years in prison - if it isn't already (I don't know the exact laws on that). And I truly believe that if one of a doxxer's victims get murdered by some nutcase, the doxxer should be prosecuted for murder as well, and not just an accessory to it.
