Dem Senate candidate Adam Schiff commits fraud. Claims homes in two states as his "primary residence".

They didn’t list two primary residences on the tax forms.

You don’t know what you’re talking about.
Try again, cat lady. Keep digging, another example of your overwhelming ignorance. In addition, a full time, primary MD resident cannot hold office in CA.
A home owners exemption FROM TAXES is definitely a tax form, moron. From one of your own preferred sources--
Now STFU and GTFO.

Lock him up!

This should be investigated by the DOJ, and he should be prosecuted for fraud.

While I'm not in the prediction business, I will say that Schiff might be on the verge of serious criminal charges, including tax and election fraud, the likes of which few D.C. lawmakers have seen.

Here's a short summary of Schiff's predicament as it now stands:

So what's the problem?

America's homeowners are allowed to claim just one home as their primary residence: the one they live in the majority of the year, according to federally backed lender Freddie Mac. Yet Schiff alternately declared both California and Maryland homes as “principal” on multiple mortgage and election forms dating to 2003 and reviewed by Just the News.

Why Would Schiff Do That?

Those conflicting sworn statements provided the California congressman with both financial and political benefits over the years, primarily lower mortgage interest rates, tax advantages, and the ability to run for election in a California House district.

Oh, c'mon. Shifty wouldn't do that, would he? The shyster who first claimed "Russian collusion" to help Donald Trump defeat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election (to no avail) and later incessantly declared that Hunter Biden's infamous laptop computer was "Russian disinformation," which also proved to be nonsense? Nah, no way.

Bish alleges in her complaint: "Depending on tax history and statements or misstatements made, Adam Schiff may also be guilty of tax fraud."

After reviewing the documents at the request of Just the News, retired FBI supervisory special agent Jeff Danik said the documented charges carry significant criminal penalties if substantiated:

If he's got mortgages on both homes and they are both primary residence mortgages, he's committing mortgage fraud, as well.

Additionally, if he's claiming a mortgage interest deduction on a fraudulent loan, that's tax fraud.

Seems Moroner, the idiot finally accepted that she had her ass handed to her and left. Good riddance to the ignorant.

What we have learned over the last few years is that Democrats CONTROL the law and Democrat leaders are ABOVE the law. Nothing will happen to Herr Schiiff that is for sure.
/——/ That’s all goons change Jan 20th.

What law says you can’t have two primary residences?
I think it’s illegal in all states. I know it is in California. Under California law, your primary residence is the one you spend one hundred eighty one or more days in. Now I wouldn’t be surprised if politicians at the Federal level have written exemptions into the laws to benefit themselves.

Schiff claimed he was a resident of MD, as such he would be ineligible to run for office in CA as well as the violations of tax code and perjuring himself on the loan applications. There can only be one PRIMARY residence and it would have to be in CA in his case. There is only one primary, anything else would be a second residence. I have had to navigate this when I owned a residence in CA and WA simultaneously.
