You guys need to make up your minds. Did Obama deport a bunch of people or did he let a flood of them in?

And the courts have ruled that Trump needs to get him back here.

Wow... he gave some guys a ride to a construction job!

You are the stupidest poster on the board.

No, they specifically said he couldn't be deported to El Salvador.

But could be deported anywhere else. He had his day in court, he’s illegal and deportable

And no the courts didn’t rule that Trump has to go get him. That would be an illegal orders. The courts can’t order the president to invade a foreign country to kidnap their citizen

But moreover, so what if El Salvador does agree to release him and Trump gets him, then what? He stays in a dentention center and what is deported to Gaza? Syria? Maybe Canada will take him. He’s not welcome in the United States

Except... he wasn't deported to "anywhere else". He was allowed to work and stay in the US.

Are you fucking retarded?

Here's how we get him back. "El Salvador, return the guy or we stop paying you to imprison people for us."

The real reason you guys are terrified of him coming back because you know once he gets here, he's going to go on a media tour telling people tales about Trump's Gulag... and it won't be a good look for you. Especially now that people are souring on Trump with his collapsing economy.

1) I don't disagree the Court order wasn't followed to the letter
2) Why can't you answer the question?
3) Why? We need a place to send the Venezuluans, because their country won't take them. I really don't care what he has to say about an El Salvandoran prison, I am sure it's harsh. If he comes back, he will be in a dentention center and either sent to another country, or back to El Salvandor since he lost any protections once his gang was declared a terrrorist organization.

No, you skirted the question.
DID OBAMA DEPORT MIGRANTS WITH DUE PROCESS, JOEY???????????????
:dev3:

I thought he was letting too many of them in, according to Trump in 2016.

Now he was deporting them?

There's a major difference between returning someone you catch at the border and deporting a family man who has been here for 14 years. Sorry you are too dumb to realize it.

1) I don't disagree the Court order wasn't followed to the letter

Sure it was. He wasn't deported to El Salvador. He wasn't granted asylum, but he was allowed to stay, during which time he worked and started a family.

Now, what I'm not sure about (because I can't find any reporting on it) is why his wife didn't initiate filing an I-130 form for him to get him legal status as a spouse of an American citizen. Maybe they didn't have the money for the paperwork, I'm not sure. (I know my expenses on this have been over $4000)

2) Why can't you answer the question?
Why do you ask such stupid questions you know are dishonest?

3) Why? We need a place to send the Venezuluans, because their country won't take them. I really don't care what he has to say about an El Salvandoran prison, I am sure it's harsh. I doubt you guys are going to be looking that good when he comes back and starts talking.

If we want to send the Venezuelans back, we need to work with Maduro's government to take them back. Frankly, a good first step would be to lift all the idiotic sanctions we imposed because they elected a government we didn't like.

1) no, the Order wasn't followed to the letter. With that said, I agree he wasn't deported right away, which he could have been. He was deportable at any time to any other country
2) what's dishonest about it? Why can't you simply answer?
3) Talking about what? Nobody cares about the prison in El Salvador....and who's he gonna talk to at a dentention center awaiting being deported again?
4) we tried, they don't want their terrorist back either.
