Federal Judge Paula Xinis has ordered Kilmar returned, and clearly Trump had no legal authority at all to deport anyone without a hearing.

He has been ordered to bring Abrego Garcia back to the United States and refuses to do so.”
He added, “This is a it should be a bipartisan issue. All Americans should be putting pressure on Donald Trump to do the right thing, not just because it’s the right thing to do for human rights or for him and his family, he has to do it for due process and law in this country. So that’s why we’re advocating. This is bigger than just Kilmar Abrego Garcia this is about due process in the United States.”

The feds district court system should have never been created by congress. America was designed by our founding fathers to operate on "individual responsibility" NOT big g'ment. All the feds district courts do is add another layer of bureaucracy to complicate matters.
