Garcia said, “I think what’s really, really, really clear to us is that this is more than just about immigration or deportations, this is about a red line in the sand that Donald Trump is now stepping over. the fact that he’s unwilling or unwilling to listen to the supreme court, of which he appointed conservative judges, justices to, is a fire alarm moment in this country. He has been ordered to bring Abrego Garcia back to the United States and refuses to do so.”
He added, “This is a it should be a bipartisan issue. All Americans should be putting pressure on Donald Trump to do the right thing, not just because it’s the right thing to do for human rights or for him and his family, he has to do it for due process and law in this country. So that’s why we’re advocating. This is bigger than just Kilmar Abrego Garcia this is about due process in the United States.”

The guy has had due process, more than and once was ordered to be deported. This pathetic Marxist Democrat propaganda is really getting old.
They didn't use due process to get in , they don't get due process going out. Simple.
Garcia got to stay in this country too long. So, he was overdue to be processed for deportation. Due process was performed.
Simply, it's all about is continued Marxist Democrat avtion of "Lawfare and Sabotage" of the President Trump's efforts to protect the American people as well as their Constitutional rights.

The ONLY "due process" Kilmar has was a judge who issued a protection order to prevent deportation and to allow Kilmar to start the asylum process towards citizenship.
They did use "due process" to get in, and you can't tell anything unless you use "due process" to remove those who do not belong.
Kilmar did successfully apply for asylum and14 years after that, he will be a citizen of the US.
Trump has no authority over immigration.
The constitution says it is controlled by Congressional legislation and judicial hearings.
All presidents can do is allow exemptions for hardship cases.
The presidential orders cannot be more restrictive except in the case of war.

Deporting anyone without due process is illegal, but the other ones did not fight it.
Either they knew they would lose anyway, or they wanted to go back to El Salvador for some reason.
But Kilmar won his case, and has to be returned to the US.

That is an obvious lie.
All the judges Kilmar has seen has allowed him to proceed on his asylum application.
No judge has ever ordered him deported.
So deporting him was a crime that totally bypassed due process.
And by the way, the judges are paid the same no matter how many cases they see, so claiming that Kilmar had millions of dollars of free legal action is lying.
There was no cost in granting Kilmar asylum at all.

No judge ever ruled Kilmar was a member of MS-13.
He left El Salvador at the age of 15, so it would not have been possible.
Judges have ruled he was NOT a member of MS-13.

Whether or not Kilmar is here legally or not, the point is it is illegal to deport anyone without a hearing.
All of those on the flight to El Salvador should have had hearings.
Absolutely no reason to skip hearings.
It is criminal to skip hearings.
But everyone should have noticed that Kilmar had been granted a Social Security number, was gainfully and legally employed, had been here for 14 years, was married to a US citizen, and had 2 US citizen children here.
So there are at least 4 bells that should have gone off as to why he could not legally be deported.

Anyone from El Salvador has valid grounds for applying for asylum in the US.
Kilmar was granted acceptance into the asylum programs 11 years ago.
He was given a Social Security number and was legally employed in the US.
He was married to a US citizen.
He had 2 kids in the US that were US citizens.
So those are 4 valid reasons he can't legally be deported.

There is no proof the 2020 election was stolen, and aliens can't help steal an election in any way.
Green cards are NOT about "visiting aliens".
A green card is a work permit with intent to become a citizen after 14 years.
Kilmar came here at 15, so could not have been a gang member, and there is zero evidence of any gang membership.
