In truth, DEI, aka Critical Marx, has been in the works since the late 1960s. It has just taken them this long to get enough followers into positions of power in the universities and government to initiate its takeover of common decency.

White men would be DEI hires if they were drafted to the NBA in order to make the percentage of white players the same as the percentage of whites in the general population. If this were practiced across the NBA, then the quality of the players would suffer, not because there are not any great white players that would qualify without DEI, but because it would be necessary to pass over some better qualified black players to hire some lesser qualified white players in order to meet the percentage quotas.

I start the thread with this definition because this is how people are able to continue practicing racism in this country today. DEI is part of modern racism and is used as a racial slur. People can't use the n-word but they can use terms like DEI. Notice that people like Pam Biondi are never called DEI but as a veteran, she would be a DEI hire. Instead, we see the use of that term only for blacks. It is apparent what they mean.

I saw this video on YouTube. It's an excellent explaination of DEI.
Why are they so afraid of Black people? Why do they have to make everything into a racial slur? I wonder if the fear of Whyte Replacement has anything to do with it?
