all those programs may have helped people THEN, but I don't know anyone who got all this "generational wealth" that people keep talking about. That kind of money came from people who started businesses back in the day and grew them into corporations today. That was very few people.

I start the thread with this definition because this is how people are able to continue practicing racism in this country today. DEI is part of modern racism and is used as a racial slur. People can't use the n-word but they can use terms like DEI. Notice that people like Pam Biondi are never called DEI but as a woman, she would be a DEI hire. Instead, we see the use of that term only for blacks. It is apparent what they mean.
