This is the woman that has the temerity to cast aspersions on a former fellow Democrat that has actually been in combat as military medical personnel and rose through the military ranks to Lt. Colonel.

1. Matt Gaetz is dangerous and unqualified to be AG because he was a senator of the US Congress!
2. Tulsi Gabbard is dangerous and unqualified to be DNI because she is a decorated soldier and former democrat candidate for president!

Put another way, Debbie says they are "unqualified" because they are not just part of the existing deep state and so might actually fix and do something. Worse, as a result, they also might just find a lot of democrats guilty of crimes.
