He says it because it is true. McCain has voted with Bush on almost every issue concerning care for our Vets, and almost every time, they voted against spending more money. After all, the oil companies need those billions more than our Vets do. The attitude seems to be, if you are a soldier going over to Iraq or Afghanistan, you are a hero, but if you come back wounded in mind or body, you are a zero, just another welfare bum.
