From what I'm reading not one govt agency has come out with anything other than suspicions. I may be overly skeptical but these "suspicions" have been around for a long time with no actual evidence. It seems a bit odd that all of a sudden it's front page news.

Quite frankly the whole thing stinks. First the reason for Hillary losing was standard left wing fare, racism. That gained no traction, and right on cue a new reason arose, the alt right.
