Just because I don't think there's a magic sky daddy, doesn't mean I can't appreciate what Jesus had to say.

We should love our neighbors
We should treat people the way we'd want to be treated.
We should forgive those who wrong us.

You know, 180 degrees away from what Republicans believe Jesus was about, which is apparently hating gays and Mexicans.

I am not Charlie Kirk nor do I wish to be.

I'm not going to emulate Trump who says "I hate my enemies"
Or like Charlie who argued with people.

This isn't about picking a side as polarized as "us versus them". Or much as people want it to be a political division of Republican versus Democrat.

I am neither.
I am a member of the human race.

I'm choosing a completely different side altogether.

I am choosing to stand with God.
The God who made us, told us the rules of how to live FOR OUR BENEFIT AND NOT HIS.
And even sent His son to die a humiliating and painful death so one day we could be face to face with Him.

The lion and the lamb figures prominently in scripture. Not a lion in lambs appearance....both at the same time. Fearful and frightening and yet cuddly and friendly even sometimes annoyingly so.

I, as a Christian, tell you what is good for you not to ostracize you but so that you can have a better, richer, and fuller life.
You may reject that and even me for doing so....
But that doesn't mean that I am going to force you to live "my way" as so many declare it to be. It truly is God's way....and you will ultimately suffer the consequences for choosing it.

But whatever you choose....make sure it's what you want. I want everyone happy....and united we are stronger for it. Always have been and that is why we as a nation are the "biggest kid" on the block.

I hope we remember that....
We all perish physically if we don't.

I will live forever regardless.
