At least he didn’t go to KC

Blech...

I haven't been a fan of the Oilers since the left Houston...

Everywhere it goes it's unhappy and wont play. Think Tannyhill will please hus riyal highness?

Although, can blame him for hating time in AZ with one of worst QB available.

I'm happy Pud Adams died without winning a Super Bowl.
Dude was a complete asshole!!! Said the Astrodome wasn't nice enough so the city spent a **** ton of money on a remod and he said it wasnt good enough.

I saw many an Astros and Oilers game (and a rodeo or two) as a youth in that building, seemed just fine to me...

Granted, NRG is much nicer, and a great place to see the Texans play, but look how far the technology has come since the Astrodome was built...

Yeah,I feel every year the Dome has been around.
It was finished in 1965 the year I was born and we both look old and tired.
I remember when the Houston Rockets came to Houston. They originally were going to be a San Diego team,we even bought a house there and never even moved in before the Rockets came to Houston.
They played in the Astrodome for a while, back then basketball wasn't as popular as it is now so they put up this giant curtain down on the playing field behind the court and only used a small section of seats.
I remember roaming the Dome as a kid same as with the Summit back in the day.
When I was a ballboy I rode my bike all over the Summit, slid down the stainless steel ramp between the escalators and the white pants we wore were black from all the accumulated stuff on the stainless.
It sure looked shiny at the time. Ended up having to go through the whole game with a black ass.
My old man was pissed to say the least.

I remember The Summit, completed in 1975, I was 11 years old. Saw the Rockets play there once as a kid and again as an adult when I came back to town to visit my mom. It's a damn church now... my how things change...

I've only been to Toyota Center once and the seats sucked!!!
They're so close together your knees touch the seat in front of you.
These were cheap seats a buddy got for free so I cant say if they're all like that but probably not.
When the Rockets played in the Summit we got four free seats behind the Rockets bench three rows up for every game.
They were only $24 bucks a piece back then.
Couldnt even tell you what they go for these days but I bet it ain't cheap.

Dammett! Should say Royal Highness and WHO COULD blame him hating AZ time.

The generation of stadiums built in the late 1960's to early 1980's or so were modern. However not as today's stadiums are of course. The indoor stadiums were closer to the court or ice though.

You’re lucky Bills would have zero chance against Mahomes with a legit #1.
We were 13 seconds away from beating the chiefs with Tyreek Hill. Having said that I’m glad the cheifs didn’t get D-Hop

Uh huh. And you lost. Then you couldn’t get by the Bengals at home. Giving Mahomes more weapons doesn’t make it more likely you’re beating him

I thought he said he wanted to go to a Super bowl team? :laughing0301:
I know, what a ******* liar.sure glad the waiting game is finally over.was hoping he would go to the chiefs but can’t have everything,at least he didn’t go to the cheatriots,I said I could live with it going to the titans just as long as it wasn’t the cheatriots.

I love it thst he did not sign with the cheatriots.a former player of that team told kraft do not let him leave your city without signing a contract.he told them the reality of the whole thing is thst without Hopkins they are not a playoff contender.

What I love is there is friction between Belicheat and kraft,a reporter asked him if Belicheat will stay on till he breaks Don shulas all time record and he replied saying that’s nice and all if he wants to break his record for all Time wins but I’m not in this to break all time records of coaches I’m in this to win,I expect us to win and be in the playoffs and win at least one playoff game so it sounds like even if Belicheat DOES have a winning season this year which is highly unlikely,if he doesn’t take them to the playoffs and win one playoff game,,he will be fired.

Wouldn’t that be awesome, shady brady retired this year and now Belicheat could very well be gone next year.:yes_text12:

Belicheat is so ******* selfish,he puts his own selfish interests ahead of the team.he is 71 years old, coaches normally retire at sixty five or shortly after,it made no sense on the planet he did not retire when Brady left,he has the most Super Bowl wins, what more is there to keep on playing?

The answer is obvious,he wants to break shulas all time wins record to cement it in hopes people will have no doubt he is the greatest coach of all time.if he has another losing season,if kraft allowed him to he would come back again next year as well just to pursue the record.

What I love is many sportswriters are writing what I have been saying for the past ten years, that he is not the greatest coach ever because he can’t win without Tom Brady.even one of his former all pro players has said it was all Tom Brady thst made him look good, that to be the greatest coach ever, you got to win with other quarterbacks.

That’s pretty bad when one of your former players who was an all pro no less, comes out and says your not the greatest coach of all time.that it was all Tom Brady :laughing0301::abgg2q.jpg:

I have been vindicated,I always said at least the last ten years that once Brady retired he would be exposed for the overrated hack he is same as Mike shannahan was once elway retired, same as him,he has been exposed thst he is not a very good head coach, thst is so obvious to the whole world that he rode it into the hall of fame on Brady’s arm.
