That isn't false, it is indeed how vaccines work. Well generally speaking it is, of course there are vaccines that are for non-virus agents like TB.

The funny thing about your uninformed antivax rant is that actual world history directly refutes your skepticism of vaccine effectiveness. Look at TB, smallpox, polio, etc. and hey what do you know right around the time countries started vaccinating against them they were either wiped out or became insignificant.
