Deadly Emails

I worked for the federal government for 33 years and had to provide a weekly activity report as well as an annual accomplishment report.

The reason employees objected was because it came from an outside agency that has no concept of their mission, job description or current tasks.

Also the threat of firing if you object

Unfortunately, this is how it is with all big companies now. They hire these dipshitz from outside the company, that know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about what employees DO, how they DO it, or HOW its done or what it takes TO do it.
Then they lie to the executive branch that hired them, and tons of people end up losing their jobs.

But in the Civil Servant situation, it's a bit different. We KNOW what their job is and how they are supposed to do it.
The problem is nowadays, like many lazy fucks in the entire workforce around the country............TOO MANY of them clock in, then sit on their asses all day doing NOTHING, then clocking out after 8 hours, and get PAID for it.

Then what is their problem stating their mission, description and task if they have one. I'm 70 also filled them out all my life federal and outside work, and had no problem because I had a description, task, mission and actually did something.

Since you forgot what you said, this is what you said.

They're not even going to read the e-mails. Any idea how long it would take to read a million e-mails--each with 5 bullet points? Nobody is going to do that.
Thats true.

You do understand that numbers put into a formatted spreadsheet is far different than a free-form e-mail though right. Of course you don’t . Fuck off.

Oh man! Getting fired for not following the bosses' orders? Wow, the agony!

But, I get it. You used to work for the .gov and ex-.gov employees I have found do have a vastly different mindset than those of us who spent our lives in the public sector, producing. Don't produce. Don't have a job. Don't follow orders. Don't have a job.

Simple.

They don’t work for Musk or OPM

Interestingly, the white house has given agency heads discretion to their employees on the requirement to answer this, and about a million .gov employees have responded.

As usual, the slackers wanna whine?
