DC Woman Accused Of Assaulting Agent During ICE Encounter Found Not Guilty

A jury full of liberals won't convict one of their own.
Especially when they failed to get a felony indictment.

And the indictment they did get, the alleged assault was disproved by video.

Trump pardoned the THOUSANDS of people who assaulted police officers on January 6th.

Let that sink in.

True.
However, most Republicans are not ok with political violence. Today, we can't say the same thing about Dimocrats.

Republicans didn't object to Trump pardoning any of the January 6th insurrectionists that were convicted of assault on law enforcement officers. Or even those convicted of seditious conspiracy (aka insurrection)
They made jokes when Nancy Pelosi's husband was brutally attacked.

Anything even the most radical democrats did, pale in comparison.

Only if you can prove it.
If it didn't even leave a mark, it's not an assault.
A mark is not required to prove assault…actually you don’t even have to touch someone to prove assault

To prove battery there needs to be a touching, of some sort, but not mark is required

Insurrection and sedition aren’t the same thing

You left out where I covered that.

Addendum: An assault can come from the threat of physical harm. But is not likely when done by an unarmed civilian against an armed federal officer.

Assaults that don't require physical contact include verbal threats, menacing gestures, and actions that cause a reasonable fear of immediate harm, such as displaying a weapon. This legal concept, often called "assault without battery," focuses on the victim's fear of harm rather than physical contact.

Yes because it wasn’t there when I quoted you

That is your flaw. Anything goes in the streets except when it is not from your party. What you are doing is causing strife. And the more people see it, the more they are pissed off from the system abusing their rights in everyday living in all parts of the nation compared to what you are doing.
