So was National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius (ACA individual mandate)
So was King V Burwell (ACA subsidies)
So was Obergefell v. Hodges (same sex marriage)

So, in arguing that Heller was decided 5-4 -- what's your point?
 
The point, obviously, is that anti-gunners, and in general, the left NEVER accept anything as the law of the land and settled if they disagree with it. They constantly, continually, fight to overturn whatever it is they don't like. OTOH, they also continually tell us all that anything they agree with IS the law of the land, and anyone who doesn't like it had better just shut up and sit in the back of the bus.
