That the American people have no faith and no trust in a Supreme Court dominated by partisan conservative ideologues is perfectly appropriate and warranted; a Court that has already demonstrated its contempt for settled, accepted precedent and the rule of law – Trump’s cases will be no difference.

The only thing they can do to save face…..is delay the trials.if the make any ruling to help Trump, it helps Biden now.

Republicans have been practicing a long time having a criminal as president. Criminality has been rampart in gop admins but always hidden from president prosecution. Trump likes being a criminal and now most repugnants do too.

The question was about limits of Presidential Immunity. Is there a limit as to what the President can do? Any crimes that are beyond the threshold for immunity.

If the answer is yes, then we need to go down the list of crimes and decide which are, and are not, subject to immunity.

In other words, which crimes would be prosecuted if a President committed them.

If the answer is no, there is no limit. Then even murder of political opponents is legal.

Trumps attorney argued while Trump was sitting right there that there was no limit. He argued that there could be no prosecution unless the President was impeached and removed from office.

I personally hope the Court finds this heretofore unimaginable immunity does exist. Then Biden can, using the Trump ruling, just have Trump killed and be done with him once and for all.

I don't believe the supreme court will hear the appeal or take he case. The 9th circuit decision gave no reason to take it. Their ruling covered every aspect and was superbly written with precedence examples in history.
