Dan Crenshaw Exposed By Former SEAL

The guy got a Not Guilty. Your comment is a disgrace .
His testimony against Crenshaw is powerful and cannot be lightly dsmissed .

The guy was found not guilty on a technicality. That after he stabbed a 17 year old multiple times, a medic performed a mercy killing.

This guy belongs in a prison for the rest of his life.

You are Guilty or Not Guilty .
Not, Not Guilty , but only on a technicality .

Smacks of Confirmation Biased thinking , as usually employed by extremists and cultists .

Actually, he was found guilty, which is why Trump had to give him a pardon.

He just wasn't found guilty of murdering that child, because someone else finished him off.

Wrong. The prosecution got caught breaking the law and they dropped several charges. He was then acquitted by the jury of 6 of the remaining 7 charges. The one he was found guilty on, taking a photo with a corpse, had a sentence of 4 months, which he already served.

President Trump did not pardon him for anything. He did reverse his demotion status, but that is not a pardon.

Wrong, there was no pardon.

He was found not guilty of murder because the medic admitted he killed the terrorist, not due to the stab wound but because he feared the Iraqis would had tortured him to death.

So just stop with your fake news bullshit.

Joe hates the United States, he'd do anything burn it down and rebuild it in his own image.

Legal precedent, Intent follows the bullet. Gallaghers abuse of this teenager put his life in danger to start with.

Regrettably, Trump’s words and actions since granting clemency for Gallagher have only made promoting a culture of integrity in the U.S. military – a challenge requiring ceaseless effort and vigilance – more difficult. By celebrating Gallagher and vilifying his examiners, Trump will likely cause some U.S. service members to second-guess the importance of abiding by U.S. military laws and international conventions on the battlefield.

Simultaneously, Trump’s indifference, and even hostility, toward military law in the Gallagher case makes it less likely that, in the future, service members will come forward when they witness illicit acts in war. This matters because a defining aspect of the subculture of U.S. special operations forces is its limited oversight, at least compared with regular combat forces. Maintaining respect for U.S. military law within this tight-knit setting demands that operators regulate themselves.
