Da Bears At The Hawks

Rogers was composed, played smarter and exploited the undisciplined Hawks.

Rodgers was allowed "free plays" every time the Hawks were off sides. Wilson's plays were called "dead" when GB was off sides.

Ya..Rodgers is just SOOOoooo...******* brilliant.

Also when Cliff Averil ,obviously injured, was trying to get off the field the incredibly "smart" Rodgers ran a hurry up play and the Hawks were caught technically with 12 on the field even though Averil was right at the sideline. Ya...not a unsportsmanlike conduct call on Rodgers which it should have been. You HAVE to allow injured players to exit the field. Duh! But nosireee... Rodgers is just SOOOoooo..smart!

Quit sucking Rodgers dick for half a second and tell me how the Hawks had twelve lined up on the field when Averil was five yards off side attempting to get off the FOP. Now if he, Averil, had just flopped down and required assistance the refs would have HAD to stop Rodgers cheezy attempt to miss use the intent of the rules.

Yeah, because the 5 yd penalty would have made all the difference in the world! :lmao: how many penalties on the Hawks? How many times did Green Bay take advantage of the free play because the Hawks had no discipline to stay insides?

Poor losers blame everything besides their team. Nice job Owen. :)

I also said your team will do well this week and win their game, but forget that, just keep making excuses for your team's losses, asshole.

Are you ******* brain dead? I don't care about the two losses. That part is already history. The points I am making about the refs are the result of studying the game after the fact. You can't address the facts I am bringing up so you just go on and on saying I am making excuses. Nothing I say is going to change the outcomes. Nothing you say is going to change the game films showing the points I am bringing up.

The difference in our POVs is that you are working from memory and I can and do review the games and see the results of the bad refereeing. I can prove my points whereas you are just running your mouth out of some bizarre anger towards me that you cannot control. Get over it. If you think my post game analysis is bullshit then get yourself a Game Pass and point out where I am in error. Just because you say so doesn't cut it.

The Bears are really banged up right now. No Smokin Jay, Alshon has a nagging injury, Long screwed his finger up, etc. The list is getting longer each week. On the bright side, one of these teams is coming away with a win. I'm hoping we can get a franchise QB out of the draft next year. Go Hawks?

So you're blaming Rogers for making a smart play and excusing Averil for making a dumb one? Come on Huggy...it's OK to be a homer but you've got to be a little fair. Rogers did not miss use the intent of the rules. The Seahawks should have called a time out.

Seattle does not have to call a time out for an injured player. That is the responsibility of the referees. Whether the player is lying at the 50 yard line or struggling to get out of bounds it makes no difference. An injury is an injury and to throw a flag on the Hawks in that situation is just stupid. If you think my position on that is being a "homer" then you are not paying attention to the point I am making.

Rodgers wasn't being "smart". He was acting in a manner that is unsportsmanlike.

I feel your pain. The Hawks have struggled many seasons with QBs that were just filling in until the right guy came along. The icing on that particular cake is when a savvy GM can find a diamond in the rough like Wilson and snag him in a lower round saving MILLIONS of dollars that can be better spent elsewhere.

Sorry bad refs didn't cost you a game, your bias and inability to accept the loss is what spurns you on. And I can watch games over and over if I wanted to, however I have a life, you are nothing more than entertainment.

You got beat by an injury riddled team, best WR out, best RB went out first quarter. ILB out, DB gone in third quarter, RT out. In spite of all the injuries, Seattle couldn't win. GB exploited the middle of Seattle's D in the 4th and Seattle had no answers.

It is up to the refs to call the time out for an injured player, not a QB. The job of the QB to make sure the refs get it right. While the non call was bad, GB did their job to keep playing. It didn't cost Seattle the game it was a 5 yard penalty.

What Rodgers did was not unsportsmanlike. The other team has 12 men on the field. Averil DIDN'T flop down and force the officials to call time. The Seahawks coaching staff DIDN'T call time out even though it was obvious that the Packers were rushing to the line to snap the ball and the Averil wasn't going to make it off in time. For some unknown reason you think that the Packers should compensate for the Seahawks mistakes by waiting. Why would they do that? You force the other team to take a time out...or you snap the ball as quickly as you can and get the penalty yards. If Rogers had failed to do what he did then he's not doing his job.

well cutler they are better off being banged up as as i just got done saying. He is a coach killer. He has special connections to the owner obviously. He stinks it up year after year and his backups outperform him and yet he gets to come back as the starter every year.

so if they were not banged up at the other positions, they would be well off.lol

After losing three straight games, the Seahawks may finally get in the win column against the lowly Bears

The Seachickens still have Pete Carroll.......if there is a way to lose to da bears, he'll find it!

How is this possible? The guy that actually finds these "ways".. what position is he in the Hawks organization? Was this person a carry over from Carroll's SC Championship teams?

Pete Carroll? He's the head coach of the Seahawks. The top dog. He's the guy that called the passing play in the SB...the same guy that called the onsides kick a few weeks ago too...yep, he's "that" guy....

But anyway...

I seriously don't think the 0-2 Bears have a chance against the 0-2 Seahawks. Normally I would expect the Seahawks to lose interest and let this one be close, but the Bears have no defense and with Cutler out they have no offense! Another factor is the fact the Seahawks are 0-2....

I expect a blowout in the Hawks home opener.

Seattle 31
Chicago 3

But...But...But... are we talking about the same Pete Carroll that won a couple of national championships at SC then came to Seattle and made the playoffs 4 years straight, two Super Bowl appearances one a win and the last one an unfortunate play outcome from another?

Y'all REALLY need to get over that play call.
