The Governor's hands are partly tied on this one - he said he was going to have them picked up by the police and brought to the court house. If he doesn't follow through he'll lose face / credibility....

By 'they' I am assuming you mean the Tx flee-bagers...because they fled the state & have been joined the state legislature and Texans hostage. The gov said he would have the picked up and brought to the court house so they can finally do their jobs.

yeah i am…that’s my point they should be handcuffed and held without bond as they are a clear flight risk
