Trump "Cut, cut, cut" tax plan

Got a great idea to squirt a little more rocket fuel into Trump's plan by adding few more cuts that benefit the rich. We get rid of the CIA. What do we need them for anyway? All we gotta do when a question about spooks and security arises is ask Putin. Look at all the money we can save and plow into additional tax cuts for the upper 1%, therefore benefiting our economy by creating more trickle down for the rest of us. Bigly.
