Under our current leadership the US cannot be described as "responsible" and the Israeli government has never met that criteria.

• Islamist: Pakistan and Iran should not have it , as both have issues annihilation threats to rivals.

Yes the Japanese have the Bushido code which commands death before surrender. Thankfully Hirohito showed wisdom in the face of potential annihilation. He was instrumental in supporting the conversion to free democratic capitalist nation.
