On 1/25/2017 Rand Paul introduced his ACA Replacement Act which removes PARTS of ACA and which allows insurers to cross state lines.

On 1/31/2017 Ted Cruz introduced his ACA Repeal Act which completely repeals the ACA provisions and restores the law where it was before ACA.

Tom Price the newly confirmed Sec of HHS on 2/10/2017 had issued his Empowering Patients Act with is a form of R.Paul's replacement act.

Paul Ryan in the House Of Reps has not published anything on ACA so far. He has been focused on corporate tax reforms.

Cruz seems absolutely insane and extremist.

Once you give taxpayers something you cannot take it back.

Rand Paul has been working hard to come up with something that actually fixes the ACA. Tom Price has come up with some ideas of his own as well. Progress in the form of these proposals (sans Cruz) is being made.
