In hindsight, all well and good, but I got to point out, most of those mandates and shutdowns were initiated under the Trump administration. Sounds like Ted wants to dig up somebody and bring them to the State of the Union, like a week night at Bernie's or in this case a week night at Biden's. Interesting when looking at the beginning of the speech, he was preaching to a practically empty Senate.
