Candy Crowley today, in response to the right-wing meme that she has reversed herself about Mitt Romney getting stuck on the point that President Obama didn't use the phrase "Act of Terror" the day after the Libya assassination when, in fact, Obama did use that phrase, sets the record straight here, just as she did yesterday.

Of course, the greater point is not who said what, but the fact that Mitt Romney got caught thinking he could just bully people around on stage, so confident of his own bullshit.

And now we have to endure today all the lackeys for Romney misrepresenting the fact that Romney was factually wrong.

Nobody likes an obnoxious know-it-all, and Mitt Romney and his minions are giving us a full Al Gore-redux impression of the stiff white ass hole who will say anything.

Too late. The damage is done. Romney came off like an arrogant idiot who had no idea what he was talking about and got caught more than once.
