Not surprisingly, the author is called a racist.
 
France, historically, can't defend itself from foreign invaders, so they commit violent acts on each other.

That explains a lot.

Not surprisingly, the author is called a racist.

Compare that to when France did have a death penalty.

Compare that to the USA today, adjusted for population differences.

The stats are interesting but meaningless otherwise except to the French.
