I have long held that conservative opposition against abortion is their number one enemy. Indeed, more abortion = less unwed mothers = less poverty = less democrats. The way I figure it, if I could flip a time switch and make abortion 100% legal, frequent, and non-stigmatized, around a third of democrats would lose their seats in congress.

That is the same for minimum wage. When people work & earn enough to pay their own way, they are independent of government support, pay taxes & more likely to vote Republican. But Republicans depress wages, subsidize big business & massively increase government dependance creating more Democrat voters. That is why Republican spending goes through the roof & economy fails.

Republicans can't efficiently manage a population, country or an economy. Running a household or a business is in no way similar to running a country. Their ideology fails miserably every time.

But keep on voting for them & bitching up a storm.

No one owes anyone a living wage. In fact the minimum wage is the most anti - black law in the United States.

It's not that simple.

Blacks are much more likely to be convicted and sentanced for the same crimes as whites.

If the crime is black on white - even more so.

Multiple offenses or repeat offenders always get harsher sentences.
