It also lays out the parts about tyranny and tyrannical being yet another lever or option to pull against such a thing in which the people might find issue with if our government goes there.

Actually tyranny is in the declaration of independence, which as a forerunner of the Constitution has no legal force. No more than the Magna Carta, or Code of Hammurabi.

And those redresses can be addressed to the courts before congresses role makes it moot after January 6th.
