Local golf course has announced a modified plan to accommodate potential clients in this age of social distancing. Call the course in advance to arrange Tee Time for your foursome, and pay by phone when you arrange to play.
When you get there, the golf carts will have been "wiped down," keys in them, ready to go. There will be 10 minutes between tee times; don't come early or late. You play your 18 holes with three friends, park the cart and go home.
If you don't have four golfers, they will NOT pair you up with anyone else; the Tee Time is yours.
Why not? Couldn't other businesses develop similar protocols to stay operating while maintaining reasonable precautions?
