Crackhead Barrell has had MANY, MANY, MAAAAAAAANY fights and lawsuits since the 80's because of how RACIST and BIGOTED they are against ANYBODY who isn't a straight, white, old, redneck!!!

The problem is hiring the right employees, not the company I imagine. We will see I suppose.

These issues will occur often if you don't have citizens who want to work and treat each other with respect. Customers are often the worst if some of the videos I've seen are any indication so there is that to consider as well.

It sounds to me as if the school didn't sufficiently communicate in advance with the restaurant as to what was going to transpire and now they're throwing a fit. I'm embarrassed for them.

Seems the school should have planned the trip out better. If this was their 1st outing to CB someone from the school should have went to CB and discussed the outing and what kind of accommodations could be made. Showing up to a restaurant with 11 SN students as a teaching experience without making arrangements with the manager and then complaining.

I'm sorry that you are projecting on them. Yes, this was a tragic treatment, but the company has nothing to do with it as the manager was the problem. I guarantee that manager will never do that again.

My wife and I ate at Cracker Barrel this week. Yes, we are old straight white rednecks, but we were not the only ones in our restaurant here in Tennessee. Cracker Barrel actually serves a very diverse group, and the food they serve is particularly loved by blacks. On that day, I noticed a large number of single and small groups of men eating there because it is likely the only place they can get a home-cooked meal like Momma used to make since most modern women can't boil water without burning it.

I don’t know about the ideology, but I got the worst meal of my entire life in a Cracker Barrel. I would have complained, but we were being studiously ignored by the staff.

I’m on the road a lot and eat at Cracker Barrel quite often. The food is good and, outside of occasional ancillary items missing in our to-go order, service is always courteous.
I even wear a couple of Cracker Barrel shirts on gigs.
