Cracker Barrel Redesign.

It's the name of the freaking franchise. Did a wooden barrel suddenly become offensive to society? I don't get it and I bet that smarmy babe doesn't either.
It’s country which means rural farm like which evokes feelings of white dumb redneck farmers who just are not in tune with the Woke Joke crowd
That’s what the lezbo is doing

I saw a clip (maybe on X)? of the bi-spectacled Lez talking to a Black media daytime guy on ABC? looks like former athlete? She was gushing over managers thrilled with the remodel and when can I get one at some Orlando, FLA nationwide manager meeting.

Oh my.
I live in the PNW, and visit Cracker Barrel when traveling....along with the "Waffle House"
These two are not in the PNW.

WTF..... CEO thought this ^^^^^^ was a good idea......LOOLOLOLLLOLL

From what I understand, Cracker Barrel is getting rid of their wonderful stores in front of their restaurants.

That's the best part of Cracker Barrel!

They are also changing the motif of the dining area as well.

Big mistake.

There was a Cracker Barrel in my area for a while that opened a few years ago, it failed and is closed now.

I seriously doubt it is the store or the motif that is the reason. Most failures are due to poor management, not logos.

.

I’ve never been there, but I’m curious. How’s the food?

The CEO Lady made it clear she is moving Cracker Barrel to reflect the present and future

But people go to Cracker Barrel for the past not the future.
They want Grandmas cooking
They want to take their kids and grandkids and point to stuff on the wall and tell them what it was for.
They want the kids to put away their phones and play checkers and that stupid peg game on the table.
They want to take them to the Country Store and pick out a toy or treat from when they were kids

You know it's bad when Steak 'n Shake, on their official X account, takes Cracker Barrel's CEO to task for changing the logo and changing how it's going to look. A restaurant calling out another one like that? Strange days we live in.

That’s why I don’t think it’s a “woke” thing. How was the original logo offensive in the first place. Can anyone here honestly say they ever heard of a liberal complaining about it, ever?

I thought the new sign was the old sign actually.

I've never been in one as the name was so weird? I had no idea what it was? I like crackers but since CA living (with no time) I became 100% takeout at the 09' on-going deep state never-ending OBIDEN depression.

I thought I was the only one who had never heard of the place. lol. In fact, I'm embarrassed to say this, but at first I thought it had something to do with Cracker Jacks. (the snack) 🤦‍♀️

I looked it up, and apparently there are a few locations in California, but not many... and they're in remote towns that I've never been to...except Bakersfield, but the only time I have ever been to Bakersfield is if I'm on a long road trip from one end of the state to the other and have to stop for some reason.

That valley, from Bakersfield to Stocton, is the only portion of the state that I would not gleefully see slip beneath the waves

Their big move is to be on major interstates on the edge of town. Thats the only places I have seen them.

I don’t see woke

I see a CEO abandoning their customer base and looking for a younger crowd
I see nothing that makes them stand out from any other middle of the road chain restaurant

Why? That's hot and smelly? NorCal is heaven. Coastal is heaven but for the Stain and Mexico destroying LA area.

And here we see more right-wing whining.
