We are asked to respect a safe distance, to wear a mask, but if the virus is airborne then it is more or less everywhere.

There is something strange so a lot more people would or should had been infected, what do you think?
Give your opinion.
sorry---but what I think, Dalia---is---YOU don't know anything about the virus. It does not COLONIZE the airspace and fly around like locusts
I am not a specialist but it seems that the virus is airborne for a while it remains in the air
aerosol---in tiny droplets of sputum. In that sense it acts like Tuberculosis which people contracted by, simply, inhaling droplets hanging in the air---which were coughed out by an infected person. The sickness is not all that remote-----I am old but not dead----
about 40 years ago I did a few summer months in a public health facility dealing with Tuberculosis and FORCED quarantine of infected people. It is harder to "catch" TB which is a MYCOBACTERIUM than covid 19 which is and acts like an adenovirus (like a common cold)-----but it is spread by a similar mechanism. MASKS would have made a big difference in the time of TB-----Edgar Allen Poe died of TB----Chopin too
And a cloth mask would stop 0.2 micron particles...........LOL
It can also infect you through the eyes............
If the mask is not properly fitted it will come in from around the mask........even a N95 mask will do this if not properly worn..................
Not washing a mask can cause bacteria to form on the mask......so you can inhale the bacteria later............
Moist masks outside happens very quickly.........the CDC has said once a mask gets wet.........you should no longer wear it.........guess we need to have a pack of masks at work and change the ******* THINGS every 5 minutes because it is 105 DEGREE HEAT INDEX........
Every time I hear people say WEAR THE MASK........I want to knock you the **** OUT.....
We are being WATER BOARDED AT WORK with our OWN SWEAT.......and the WORKERS are GETTING VERY ANGRY.
