But in a unanimous decision, the state Supreme Court ruled the firing was legal because the law provides an exception for employers that are religious organizations, allowing those organizations to follow "tenets of their religion in establishing and utilizing criteria for employment."

If there was a dispute over work performed, a contractor should not be paid until the dispute is resolved.

Government will only give the church perks if they don't get political

In other words, keep your mouths shut about the corruption you see here and we will give you perks. That is the condition of being tax exampt.

Meanwhile, the NAACP is also tax exempt, yet they remain so even though declaring the entire GOP is racist.
