The newest person to go forward is country singer from the 1990s Jeff Carson. A heart attack is what took him and what's worse is his only being 58 years old. This song went all the way to #1 for him in 1995.

God bless you and his family always!!!

P.S. What many people may not know is that in 2009, Jeff decided to walk away from music and become a police officer. Two more songs however were released in 2012, "I Fly Proud" which was self-written and "You Still Move Me" which was done first by fellow legendary singer Dan Seals who also left us way too early on March 25, 2009.....wow, what is it about the month of March??? The 25th was the final day for Buck Owens, Kenny Rogers went on the 20th two years ago and Joe Diffie went nine days later. :( :( :(

Cannot say I had ever heard of him.

Sad to see anyone die so young.

Thanks for posting it his back story.

^^^ Thank you for your interest. Country music will never be the more popular musical format compared to so much of what else is out there. In other words, I hope that the fans of that Foo Fighters guy never take his musical status for granted.

God bless you and them and his family and Jeff's family and fan base always!!!

Holly
