It makes no difference what Trump is convicted of, it is symbolic, because he will avoid paying a dime or serving time, that much is almost assured. If they were to try and repo any property, it will tied up in an endless legal battle. He is too powerful now to be held accountable, and to think he will do anything moving forward other than having greater contempt for the law, including daring others to prosecute him, means he/it is only going to get worse.
