:rolleyes: You've been mainlining MSNBC again, haven't you? Thomas is one of the brightest legal scholars ever to sit on the bench not to mention a man of impeccable integrity, mainstream media innuendo and spurious accusations are not the equivalent of facts.

The left only hates him because he's both an originalist and an African American, they see him as an escaped slave that refuses to live in a cage.
