I can see your point but I am not cornbread muffin fan. I am lucky enough to have the cast iron skillet my grandma used for her cornbread so there is a lot of memory in it also. But there is just something about skillets that makes cornbread well cornbread for me.

Oh I am not upset at all. I use a small iron skillet when I make cornbread to have with soup, beans etc.

We have a collection of cast iron cookware. The absolute BEST way to cook.

Oh, and no crisco or spray stuff on the skillet. Use lard. You'll thank me.

What's the point? Is it spin intended to portray the image that Florida inmates eat only cornbread for breakfast, lunch and supper? The truth is that prison inmates gain weight during their terms.
