Just like one isn't "Charged" with assassination.
They are "charged" with Murder or Attempted Murder.

So, once again, no one has been charged with insurrection, this doesn't take away from the FACT that the J6er's attempted an insurrection.

If you are wanted for murder and you don't come home becuase the cops have arrested you, the family is NOT entitled to know anything. So, how about a little honesty from you.
