No, I think Trump ought to oblige the judge Boasberg. Trump should send down an appeals officer to handle any deportees who wish to appeal their deportation. They can file a notice of appeal down there, hire legal counsel, then try their case there before a San Salvadoran court.

If the court finds them innocent of all crimes in San Salvador and the USA, they can always reapply for US citizenship. If Garcia hurries up and appeals by next Monday, they should get to hearing his case around August 2042.
