Construction Crew in Denali National Park forced to remove American flags! 😳

OP summary: Construction crews on a federal contract, repairing an American bridge on a federal road in an American national park were required by a federal employee to REMOVE American flags from their trucks and construction equipment.

"According to the contractor, Denali National Park Superintendent Brooke Merrell contacted the man overseeing the federal highways project, claiming there had been complaints about the U.S. flags, and notifying him that bridge workers must stop flying the stars and strips from their vehicles because it detracts from the “park experience.”

“The trucks are flying these American flags, about a foot atop the trucks, about three-foot by four-foot flags, and they said they don’t want this,” the contractor explained. “They’re saying it isn’t conducive and it doesn’t fit the park experience.”

Comment: On Memorial Day weekend no less. Fuck that shit. Call and complain.

It is high time for a cultural shift when one person or a tiny percentage of 'offended' people can no longer dictate to the whole what they are and are not allowed to do to show their respect, their patriotism, their faith or whatever. There is no constitutional right to not be offended. So long as it does not affect somebody materially, physically, or otherwise violate his/her constitutional rights, we should go back to when the small minority should figure out how to fit in with the whole instead of making everybody accommodate the wishes/demands of that that tiny minority.

Hilarious

When considering maga wants to rule as a minority cult.

As a citizen I don't have a dog in this fight and not one ounce of care about it. I also don't see a reason they can't fly a flag. This is alot to do about nothing.

The vehicles and actual work would draw more attention, you snowflakes are either looking for a fight or hate America.
The only ones looking for a fight are those lying about the park not allowing flags. The fake patriots took a none issue and ran with it.

Fly the Flag!

Express your condolences that the Federal Employee was likely eaten by a bear and never seen again

Every now and then the haters of America get overruled. And It gives me hope that maybe there are enough pieces of the America I knew and loved to get it together again:

National anthem?

Not a loyalty oath to the cult leader? What gives?
