Speaking strictly of Britain, it was the conservatives who pulled out the EU, and it was the conservatives who weakened NHS. In fact NHS has been impacted by labor shortages b/c of Brexit.

Conservatives wanted to make Britain great again; instead, they've basically made it politically second class when it comes to European political and economic affairs. Europe is France and Germany's show now.
